Delivery Costs & Information For standard delivery we use Royal Mail, goods are sent within the UK only and are free delivery if over the value of £70. For orders under £70 postage and packaging charge is £3. We aim to dispatch your order on the day of receipt (please see our opening hours) if the order is in stock, is placed before 3.00pm Mon-Fri and Worldpay has authorised payment. You will normally receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. In an unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you to inform of the delay. If an item is out of stock as part of an order, we will send the remainder of your order and forward the out of stock item as soon as it becomes available. Delays may occur due to the Royal Mail service for which we cannot be responsible for. Should you experience a delay in receiving your item by Royal Mail please allow a total of 10 working days. You have the option to have your items sent Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day for a charge of £6 for orders weighing up to 2kg. Your order must be with us before 3.00pm Mon-Fri and all payment authorised by Worldpay to guarantee dispatch on the day of your order. Delivery will then be guaranteed next working day before 1.00pm. For orders weighing over 2kg the cost will be calculated according to the weight and the customer will be required to pay any additional cost. You will be contacted by Uber Beauty Rooms to make this payment prior to your items being dispatched. The guarantee does not apply if: - Royal Mail were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item
- The delivery address is in an area of the UK where Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery
- We do not guarantee the delivery time for items to an address for which a person has paid for redirection services.
Complaints about Royal Mail Special Delivery should be made to Royal Mail. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday (except public holidays). We are unable to refund next day charges for delays under certain circumstances, such as inclement weather conditions, incorrect entry of address, industrial action, civil unrest, unforeseen technical difficulties and/or public holidays. If the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding £10.00 to cover our costs in resending these goods out to you. You will also be charged postage at our current tariff if you require the goods to be re-delivered. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the carrier. In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquires have been completed. This can take up to 15 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers purchased on www.uberbeautyrooms.com may be redeemed on this same website against the following product lines: Cosmedix, Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics, Minikini, ghd, Lycon and Planet Skincare. Gift vouchers may also be redeemed against treatments and all products at our Marlow salon. Gift vouchers purchased online or directly from the salon are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, once they have passed their expiry date they cannot be extended or redeemed in any way. We always try to make sure that our prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or canceling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If the goods are not returned by recorded delivery the customer will be liable for the goods should they not be received back at Uber Beauty Rooms Ltd. Please let us know that you will be returning the goods within 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
